Spring Academy 2026, Heidelberg Center for American Studies.

The Heidelberg Center for American Studies (HCA) invites applications for its annual Spring Academy on American Culture, Economics, Geography, History, Literature, Politics, and Religion to be held from March 23-27, 2026.

The HCA Spring Academy provides 20 international Ph.D. students with the opportunity to present and thoroughly discuss their ongoing Ph.D. projects. The conference offers a forum for Ph.D. candidates in which they can present their research candidly and receive valuable feedback.

SAAS / FULBRIGHT grant. 2026-27

Spanish Association for American Studies (SAAS), en colaboración con la Comisión de Intercambio Cultural, Educativo y Científico entre España y los Estados Unidos de América (Comisión Fulbright), anuncia la convocatoria anual de una beca dirigida a la realización de investigación en el campo de “American Studies”.

La convocatoria para el curso 2026-2027 está dirigida a investigadores e investigadoras con un mínimo de 10 años de trayectoria profesional, mientras que la siguiente se dirigirá a investigadores e investigadoras con un máximo de dichos años de experiencia y así se irán alternando en años sucesivos.
